Welcome to NuGlo Fresh Living. By booking our cleaning services, visiting our website, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

NuGlo Fresh Living offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Loudoun County, Virginia. All services will be carried out according to the scope discussed at the time of booking. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our website.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Access to Property

• The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

• If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments.

• Overdue payments may result in additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will return to address the concern at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within the agreed service scope.

6. Liability

• While we take great care in cleaning, NuGlo Fresh Living is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the property.

• We are not responsible for items that are not securely fastened, improperly installed, or fragile in nature.

7. Health & Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products prior to service.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

9. Changes to Terms

NuGlo Fresh Living may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
